sooooo. I have watched another episode of the minecraft sisters. they breed their horses and go off on an adventure, to look for more saddles for the new horses. they have only just started to go off so yeah.  
they reach a swamp biome and then they tie up their horses then the video ends.

PONY!           to be exact, its a welsh pony. you know what? the pony I rode at horse riding has the same sort of head as this pony! (I have a photo of him!)

today I went to the mall with mah mum and did some gift wrapping! its that time of year where the mall is just PACKED! To do Christmas shopping obviously. but we did to fundraise for school and stuff. it was FUN! I didn't want to leave once we finished X-D anyways...............mmmmm there is a big bucket full of maltesers right next to me. mmmmmmmm but they are not mine!! ARGHHHHHHHH!!!!!! its sooo frustrating!!!!!                          FWUFFY!

it is now the school holidays! yaay! the awards were yesterday and I got a horse riding award (naturally!) and yeeeahhhhh first day of holidays has been pretty lazy so far but then again its only the first day! actually. did anybody see the Doctor Who 50th aniversary special last month? actually who likes doctor who?

Hey peoples hows it going? If you love minecraft, watch the minecraft sisters by crews gaming channel on YouTube. They do awesome stuff on survival mode in the game. They are up to 100 episodes and they are simply awesome. They are all horse mad x-D and have horses in minecraft. In their 100th episode they find a pure black horse and a smoky sort of black and grey horse. In total they have five horses but plan to breed them for the other sisters. I reckon they should dye some leather armour to match riding clothes. For you readers that dont know what minecraft is, its an amazing game that has endless possibilities with what you can do with your minecraft world. Go check it out. YouTube is useful to learn about minecraft, so I suggest you watch some minecraft videos if you are interested. Chow for now!

so iv been talking to my friend who lives up in Gisborne. oh for you readers that don't know where gisborne is, its in the north island of NZ. im gonna ride this old horse called Roger (tee hee!) so that's neat. and I'm gonna learn how to milk a goat apparently! X-D FUN!!!!!!!!. I borrowed this book from school today. it's about horses and ponies (suprise suprise!) and how to take of them and stuff like that. it's interesting. tomorrow is the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL. hooray!!! soo yaahhhh that's about it for today I guess. bye!

hey everybody its been so long!!! iv just had no time to keep up with the blog! iv finished horse riding for this year (boo hoo!!) and this month we are going up to Gisborne to a friends farm for the christmas holidays! school's almost finished for this year HOORAY!!!! oh and the farm in Gisborne? there are HORSES!!!!!!! X-D so yahhh. iv quit girl guides and might continue doing horse riding lessons instead! I hope I do. so thats all for now readers! see yahs! from queen apple pie

its been ages since my last post! lets see whats been happening these past few weeks: got my ipod touch, got back from a guides camp (didn't like that so much) went to the beach and got 2 awesome cases for my ipod. pretty lazy school holidays. oops. forgot to mention its the last day of the school holidays. who has had an awesome school holidays? comment if u'v had an awesome break from school. this is apple pie signing off for now! :-D

I just had my first horse riding lesson today!! so awesome! We all rid ponies (large ponies!). my pony was called Smoky and he was a light grey pony. he was very gentle and easy to ride although he was a leetle slow sometimes. my friend rode a black pony called Dylan but my friend told me he wasn't very nice to ride. my brother rode another black pony called Comet. anyway, on with the post! ok the ride. so we mounted our ponies at the stables and started to walk to the paddocks. to start walking on your pony, you have to kick your pony twice with both feet in the stirrups and say "walk on!" in a firm voice. so we started to walk along this dirt track (actually, a mud, poo, water, dirt and wee track! I know, right!) in a straight line. then we turned left and got to a paddock where there was obstacles like jumps and stuff. so in that paddock we practiced our steering. to steer, you have to look in the direction you want to go in and then turn the reins in that direction, say, left for example. so to practice, we had to go in and out of tires while keeping in a straight line. I think I did pretty good at that, but ocasionly I missed a tire or two. also we walked over poles and even did some jumping. it was a tiny jump though, so don't worry. just before we jumped, we had to bend down and grip the ponies mane, so we were safe going over the jump. so we did the obstacle course a few times and then started walking to the arena. the arena was a patch of land with obstacles in it. but instead of grass, there was a mixture of sand and pebbles on the ground. there we did some trotting. to get your pony to trot, you keep kicking your pony with both feet until he starts trotting. I know it sounds cruel but it actually doesn't hurt the pony! weird aye?  then we started to walk back to the stables. there we dismounted our ponies and fed them a carrot each. it was sooooooooooooo much fun! oh yeah, the riding school we went to was Heathcote valley riding school. see ya soon readers!

hey guys guess what? I have horse riding lessons on Wednesday! Its the first time and i'm really excited!  I'm going to do them every 2 weeks and next week is the first lesson. today I did some research on horses and here is what I know

•  there are three groups of horses. ponies like the Shetland pony, light horses like the Throughbred and heavy horses, like the Clydesdale horse.
• horse gear like saddles and reins, is called tack.
• the Arabian horse is the oldest breed of horse in the world. 
• the Throughbred horse is the fastest horse in the whole world.

• about 55 million years ago, there was a tiny leetle ancestor of the horse. it had 4 toes instead of hooves and was the size of a hare. how pathetic!

so, I guess u could call me horse mad. I can't help it, I just luv horses! bye for now peoples!

oh yeah, this is my doggy woody! he is a jack russel terrier and he is so smart! I happen to be a dog lover (and a pig lover and a horse lover and a turtle lover.............) and he is sooooooooooo smart! I know, its very weird colour for a jack russel but that's what makes him so special! that's it for now people's!
